You can permanently delete your ExamPrep360 account and all associated data using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (recommended)
- Open the ExamPrep360 app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Security Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us at contact360@exampreps.online from the email address tied to your account with the subject line Delete my ExamPrep360 account. Include your registered email address and full name.
We will process your request within 7 business days and confirm by email once your account is deleted.
What data is deleted
- Your account profile (name, email, phone number, password, profile picture)
- Your exam selections, subjects, and progress history
- Your quiz scores, bookmarks, and reported questions
- Your device tokens and push notification preferences
- Any active subscription is cancelled (refunds are not automatic — contact support if applicable)
What data is kept
For legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention reasons, we retain the following for up to 7 years:
- Payment transaction records (anonymised reference numbers only — no card data is ever stored)
- Anonymous, aggregated usage analytics that cannot identify you
Account deletion is permanent. Once your account is deleted, your progress, bookmarks, and any time remaining on your subscription cannot be recovered.
